These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our church management platform. Please read these Terms carefully before using our Service.

Worshiply is a comprehensive church management platform that provides tools for member management, event organization, financial tracking, voting systems, and communication services for religious organizations and their members.

The Service is provided by Hex Soup ("we," "us," or "our") and is designed to help churches and religious organizations manage their operations more effectively.

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and identification
• Accept all responsibility for activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the rights of others
• Transmit any harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service
• Use the Service for any commercial purpose without our express written consent

In no event shall Hex Soup, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

These SMS Terms of Service describe how Worshiply provides informational text message communications to members and participants. By opting in to receive SMS messages from Worshiply, you agree to these Terms.
